Philanthropic Counsel

The assessment process may identify specific areas that need ongoing support
and counsel.  Our staff will work with the organization’s leadership, development staff and board/volunteers in order to enhance their performance productively.  This is accomplished typically through on and off site meetings and dialogue, along with supporting documents that describe and bolster best practices.  At the onset of these activities, we would identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that will be addressed and accomplished over a specified period of time.  An example of this is:Key Performance Indicators
